Our shirts/sweatshirts are UNISEX unless specified. Unisex fit is equivalent to a women's fitted tee if sized appropriately. Please reference sizing chart to select the best fit for your gender and size.

Unisex S = Men’s S = Women's M
Unisex M = Men’s M = Women's L
Unisex L = Men’s L = Women’s XL
Unisex XL = Men's XL = Women's XXL

It is our hope that you love your TIMELESS purchase. All TIMESS TREASURES CUSTOMS item are made custom for each order and as a result we are unable to offer RETURN/EXCHANGE OPTION. All apparel sales are FINAL.

Orders returned without permission will be refused. If an item arrives to you damaged or defective, please send us an email to tw.timelesstreasures@gmail.com and we will work with you to get the issue resolved. In the event a refund is granted it will be minus the shipping costs in the form of store credit.

Please completely fill out the custom order form. If you are submitting a custom order form on the weekend, please allow 24-48 business hours for a response. You will receive a digital mock-up after payment is made.

Note: Invoice for custom order must be paid within 5 business days or the custom order will be cancelled. After 2 abandoned orders, we will no longer accept custom order request from individual.
